Hello there
I’m Serene - the person behind Serene Entity. Originally from New Zealand and now based in the UK, my journey has always been guided by curiousity, creativity, and a quiet desire to make my life feel lighter, both for myself and for others.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention: to support and empower others in a way that gives them more time and freedom to live & work in a way that feels right for them.

Created from experience
Not just to help with tasks, but to bring calm to the way businesses operate.
My Story
Helping others has always come naturally to me.
I remember as a child knocking on the neighbours door with a toy karaoke machine ready to make them smile, or working in my family’s cafe as a teenager. I’ve always found joy in being useful and present in the small moments that make a difference.
Over time, that instinct evolved into a career.
I’ve worked across events, retail, and customer-focused environments; growing into roles where I supported teams and coordinated projects.
From managing daily operations to contributing to business growth, I developed a deep understanding of what it takes to keep things moving - and how easily it can all become overwhelming.
Serene Entity was created from that experience. Not just to help with tasks, but to bring calm, clarity and structure to the way businesses operate - so that the people behind them can focus on what truly matters.
A life that reflects my work
Outside of my business, I live a life that mirrors what I value most.
I live on a narrowboat, where life moves at a more intentional pace. It’s a constant reminder that there is another way to live and work, one that isn’t rushed, yet deeply fulfilling.
You’ll likely find me outdoors, in every season, walking my dog or admiring the details in nature. I love creating, whether that’s sewing something by hand, cooking, or exploring new ideas. I’m also an aerial fitness enthusiast, drawn to movement that feels both challenging and freeing.
This way of living shapes how I support others.
Because I understand that building a business isn’t just about productivity - it’s about creating something that fits your life, your values, and your version of success.
Support starts here
Behind every organised, growing business is a quiet layer of support - systems working smoothly, tasks being handled, and space being created.
